2. Shipping Timeline
We process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days for artworks and smaller items.
For modular kitchens, wardrobes, beds, and other large items, dispatch is planned based on manufacturing schedules and readiness of the project site. Delivery timelines will be communicated during project planning.
3. Delivery Timelines
Artworks and Smaller Items: Standard delivery time ranges from 5-10 business days after dispatch.
Large Items: Delivery is coordinated directly with our trusted logistics partners and varies depending on project scope and site readiness.
4. Delivery Charges
Artworks and Smaller Items: Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on location and item dimensions.
Large Items: Shipping costs are included in the Project Cost Sheet (PCS) and will be clearly outlined.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and tracking link.

6. Damages and Claims Process
Smaller Items: To raise claims for damages during shipping, customers must provide an unwrapping video as proof, along with photographs and details of the issue.
Large Items: Modular furniture and large products must be handled exclusively by AMDS representatives until installation is completed. Claims related to damages will only be honored if products are managed by our team.
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery to ensure proper investigation and resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or compensation.
7. Delivery Issues
In case of unforeseen delays due to weather, strikes, or other factors, customers will be notified promptly.
AMDS will make every effort to minimize delays and keep you updated on revised timelines.
